CREATING AND PRODUCING

We now approach the genuinely operational aspects of the project per se, starting with the stages which will make it possible to design and create the customer experience, and implement it in technical terms.

Designing the user experience

This consists in giving shape to the brand universe, combined with graphic creation and ergonomic design expertise. SQLI e-commerce attaches importance to this intuitive and inciting “art of interfacing”, conveyed by customer journeys that are structured and paced by an editorial approach for the benefit of both sales and brand image.

Implementing your technological platform

The production of the sales system includes the inevitable stage consisting of choosing the technical solution, its integration and/or specification developments. Over the years and with its experience in projects, SQLI e-commerce has compiled acknowledged expertise and significant clout on platforms as varied as Hybris, Magento, MS Commerce Server, or SAP CRM e-Commerce.

This implementation phase requires strong consulting, integration and configuration capabilities on modules ranging from catalogue management, PIM (Product Information Management), DAM (Digital Asset Management), customisation, searchandising, content administration, to multi-devices and multi-channels roll-out, and including dialogue with your IS and technical performance.

Supporting change

The BUILD phase also includes the design and production of the site launch communication plan, along with change support intended to prepare the operating or RUN phase, by anticipating organisational impacts and training.

Steering the project

According to strategic business stakes. For SQLI e-commerce, the organisational implementation of the project involves results-oriented steering, with pragmatic methodology promoting efficiency and flexibility. We master both CMMI methodology and agile methods, and make use of these two approaches to ensure flexibility and quality.
